Group Classes
Pilates Mat via ZOOM and email us for the link and payment options. Fridays Mat class at Blue Lotus Kailua. Sign up on their website.
Group classes use mats, foam rollers, franklin balls, overballs, and bands. Please bring these to class or purchase on Amazon or OPTP.com

- A one-on-one evaluation is recommended before joining any group classes.
- Please bring your FITKIT to live classes. Masks and socks optional.
- Classes are 1 hour in length and taught by certified instructors.
- A 24 hour notice for cancellations is required or the full class fee will be charged.
- A 5-month expiration will be given to all group class cards.
- Excise tax will be added to all sessions and classes.
